In implementation of Royal Decree No. (M/10) dated 18/1/1443 AH, approving the amendment of the name of the Chemical Materials Import and Management System, Ministerial Resolution No. (5) dated 10/12/1445 AH was issued approving the Executive Regulations of the Chemicals Management System. You may obtain the following services by submitting the approved service forms via email: chem@hcis.gov.sa:

Chemical Materials Lists at the Higher Commission for Industrial Security Portal:

List One: Includes hazardous chemical materials that are used in the composition of explosives.

List Three: Includes some chemical materials used in the composition of explosives, and chemical precursors used in the manufacture of narcotics and psychotropic substances.
